1. Rights that may apply
Depending on applicable law, you may request confirmation or information about processing, access, correction, completion, updating, deletion or erasure, restriction, portability, objection, consent withdrawal, review of qualifying automated decisions, or a list of relevant recipients.
You may also opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; limit certain uses of sensitive personal data; use an authorized agent; nominate another person where law provides; appeal a denied request; and complain to a regulator.
These rights are not absolute. Law may permit or require us to deny or limit a request, for example to protect another person, preserve security, comply with law, complete a transaction, or establish or defend legal claims.
2. Immediate controls
Use Cookie preferences to accept, reject, or withdraw optional analytics and advertising permission. Use Do not sell or share to disable advertising storage and record an opt-out while preserving your separate analytics choice.
Global Privacy Control is treated as an opt-out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising where applicable. You can clear local drafts, theme, locale, and recent-tool data through tool controls or browser site-data settings.
3. Submit a request
Email the privacy contact in the operator panel. State your country or state, the right you want to exercise, the service interaction involved, and enough information for us to locate the relevant record. Do not send government identification unless we specifically determine it is necessary through a secure process.
An authorized agent should identify the person represented and provide legally sufficient authorization. We may ask the individual to confirm the request directly where permitted.
4. Verification and response
We verify requests proportionately based on the sensitivity of the data and risk of disclosure or deletion. Because many tools operate without an account or server-side editor storage, we may be unable to connect anonymous usage to you.
We will acknowledge and respond within the time required by applicable law. If an extension is permitted and needed, we will explain it. We generally do not charge a fee, but may charge or refuse manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive requests where law permits.
If we deny a request, we will provide the reason and available appeal or complaint route when required.
5. Complaints and regulators
Contact us first so we can investigate. You may also complain to the data-protection, privacy, consumer-protection, or other competent authority in your region.
EEA and UK users can contact their local supervisory authority; Brazilian users can contact the ANPD; Canadian users can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner or applicable provincial authority; Australian users can contact the OAIC; and US residents can contact their state attorney general or privacy regulator as applicable.
